We are Mel & Suzanne Esh, the founders, and owners of SonRise Coffee Company. SonRise Coffee
Company began with a search for a better alternative to the coffee we were drinking. In July of 2018, Mel began roasting small 1-pound batches using a Behmor roaster. We were soon roasting for family and friends, and in December of 2018, we purchased a 3lb air roaster so that we could keep up with demand.
We officially started SonRise Coffee Company on January 1, 2019, as a small side hustle working out of our renovated 2 car garage, which we are still currently operating out of. We are passionate about providing our customers with a great cup of coffee which is why we have committed to roasting only certified organic coffee. Along with our organic coffee, we also offer a variety of organic tea blends handcrafted by Suzanne.
When you purchase from SonRise Coffee Company, you are joining us in our efforts to invest in our
community. We strive to be actively involved in giving towards local events such as fundraisers for
missions or local community needs. SonRise Coffee Company also sees its customers as a community.
